Here at Silver Button we are dedicated to great customer service, which means getting you your products ASAP. All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days and you will receive an email as soon as its shipped. During any of our Sale events such as our Black Friday Sale, BOGO Events, Anniversary Sales ect., our turn around time will be stretched to 4-8 business days due to the volume of orders. **Due to covid-19 all orders may be delayed in shipping due to Canada Post being overwhelmed.
All standard orders are shipped via Canada post and estimated deliver is between 4-7 business days. However if you live in a remote area, you may experience longer wait times.
All orders shipped to the States will be delivered via the most economical way. Estimated delivery times can range anywhere from 7-15 business days to arrive, depending on your location. This time may also vary, depending on any delays at Customs. Please note that certain shipping options provided do have tracking information.
We are not responsible for covering any broker or custom fees set by your government.

Please be aware that Silver Button does not reimburse for any lost, damaged or stolen parcels. We will gladly try and assist you in locating your items, but we do not take any responsibility for parcels once they are in the hands of the postal service. If you think your package has been stolen or lost, please contact us so we can contact Canada Post investigate your claim. A refund is possible, but is entirely up to Canada Post and only the amount they refund will be given. Any claims that are successfully refunded are only insured up to $100. If your order is over $100 and gets lost, Canada Post will only refund the insured amount, not the remaining funds. If you would like to purchase additional insurance to cover your whole purchase order, please contact us to add insurance to your order at an additional cost. If the package that was lost contains giveaway items only, then unfortunately no replacement or monetary value will be given. If the package contains both giveaway items and paid for items, then only the paid for items will be submitted to Canada Post for investigation and possible refund.
We are not currently accepting returns or exchanges due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
If, however we have made an error with your order, we will be happy to cover the costs of shipping it back to us and we will refund your purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible so we are able to correct the mistake in a timely fashion. Your satisfaction is our biggest concern and we are here to make shopping a wonderful experience.
